Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.
If the size or fit is incorrect, you can return or exchange the item—even if it’s not a custom product.
Proof of purchase (invoice or order number) is required for all returns or exchanges.
Custom-Made Products
Custom-fit or personalized items (e.g. stitched seat covers or cut-to-size flooring) cannot be returned unless they are defective or incorrect due to our error.

You can return the product by Visiting Our Shop. Bring the product to our location for a quick return or exchange
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item is defective or damaged upon arrival:
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Share clear photos or videos of the damage via WhatsApp or email.
We’ll replace the item or issue a full refund as appropriate.
Exchanges
Exchanges are allowed for size, model, or fit issues.
The item must be in new, unused condition.
Exchange delivery charges (if applicable) may be the customer’s responsibility unless it was our error.
