What if there are wrinkles in the seat cover or flooring after installation?
This is completely normal. Wrinkles or folds can appear after installation, especially if the product was folded during packaging. These wrinkles will gradually disappear within 1 to 2 weeks as the material settles and conforms to the shape of your car.
Do you offer installation services?
Yes. Installation is available at our workshop. For seat covers, we also offer installation at the customer’s location (home or garage) for an additional fee.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually delivered within 1 to 2 business days.
If the item is readily available, we also offer same-day delivery or pickup from our shop. For custom or made-to-order items, delivery time may vary slightly based on preparation time and stock availability.
Will the product look exactly like the photos?
We try our best to display accurate images, but slight differences in color, texture, or shape may occur due to lighting, screen settings, or batch variations. These are normal and not considered defects.
How do I install the car floor covering?
Installing our floor covering is very simple. Each piece is designed to fit specific areas of your car’s floor. Just place the individual pieces in their correct positions, and use the clips attached behind to the mats to keep them securely in place. No tools or professional help required.
What if the product doesn’t fit my car properly?
If the product doesn’t fit as expected and it’s not a custom item, you can return or exchange it within 7 days, provided it’s unused and in original condition.
Do you supply tools and accessories for upholstery work?
Yes, we stock essential accessories like threads, hog rings, velcro and other upholstery tools — all available at competitive prices for both retail and wholesale customers.
Are your products genuinely American-made?
Yes — we’ve been stocking original American upholstery materials for over 30 years, including high-quality PVC leather and headliner fabric.
Many shops in Kuwait source from us at wholesale prices. While some sellers may mislabel Chinese or Indian products as “American” or “German,” we stand by the authentic origin and quality of our materials — backed by long-term trust and repeat clients in the industry.
How can I verify the origin of the materials?
While the materials don’t come with printed labels, our 30+ years of sourcing experience and long-standing wholesale relationships with workshops across Kuwait speak for our authenticity.
