  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order number) is required for all returns or exchanges.

Custom-Made Products

  • Custom-fit or personalized items (e.g. stitched seat covers or cut-to-size flooring) cannot be returned unless they are defective or incorrect due to our error.

  • Please confirm vehicle details carefully before placing custom orders.

Return

You can return the product by Visiting Our Shop. Bring the product to our location for a quick return or exchange

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item is defective or damaged upon arrival:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Share clear photos or videos of the damage via WhatsApp or email.

  • We’ll replace the item or issue a full refund as appropriate.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed for size, model, or fit issues.

  • The item must be in new, unused condition.

  • Exchange delivery charges (if applicable) may be the customer’s responsibility unless it was our error.
